When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase that is subject to HeyDude’s acceptance. Order confirmation depends on stock availability, price confirmation, and passing fraud prevention checks.

HeyDude reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders for reasons including pricing discrepancies, stock shortages, payment problems, or suspicious activity.

Order Processing and Shipping

Order processing generally takes 1-3 business days.
Delivery is estimated within 7-12 business days following shipment.
Shipping costs will be calculated and presented during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

HeyDude allows return requests within 14 calendar days of product delivery, provided:

The products remain unused and unaltered;
They are returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. To initiate a return, contact HeyDude at paulnaqo506@gmail.com to obtain authorization.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected, and will be issued to the original payment method only.

Order Cancellations

You must request order cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, order processing may have started, making cancellation unavailable.
